Mexican Mixology - Mezcal

MEZCAL, PINEAPPLE AND SERRANO JUICE
Ingredients:
(for 4 servings)
4 shots of mezcal
2 cups of pineapple juice
2 cups of mineral water
1 half of serrano chili
½ cup coriander leaves
2 tablespoons of worm salt
2 lemons squeezed
1 cup of chopped pineapple
Process:
Frost the glasses with lemon juice and worm salt.
In a shaker mix the mezcal with the serrano pepper, coriander, pineapple juice and ice.
Serve in glasses with more ice and finish filling with mineral water. Decorate using the pineapple pieces.

MEZCAL, RED FRUITS
Ingredients:
(for 2 servings)
½ cup of raspberries
½ cup of blackberries
1 spoon of sugar
2 shots of mezcal
1 can of mineral water
Ice
Process:
In a glass, add the raspberries and the sugar. Crush lightly.
Add the mix and stir.
Divide the mixture between two glasses. Add ice.
Fill both glasses with mineral water. Decorate with the blackberries.
