Mexican Mixology - Bacanora

BACANORA, PINEAPPLE AND LEMON
Ingredients:
(for 1 serving)
45 ml of Bacanora
15ml orange liqueur
20 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice
30ml pineapple juice
20 ml of agave syrup
1 pinch of salt
1 slice of lime
Ice
Process:
Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake well.
Frost the salt in a glass, place crushed ice and pour the previously shaken mixture.
Decorate with the slice of lime.

BACANORA, CUCUMBER AND MINT
Ingredients:
(for 1 serving)
2 ½ oz Bacanora
7 mint leaves
½ oz syrup
30 grams of cucumber
Crushed ice
Process:
Add the cucumber to a glass and mash.
Then add the syrup and the mint leaves, crush without breaking the mint.
Add the bacanora and enough ice so that the drink is very cold.
Decorate with mint leaves on top to release its aroma.
