Tasting Notes: Appearance: Pleasant intense plum red color with bright violet reflections, clean, and good adherence. Nose: Aroma of candied red fruit such as plums and currants, with a touch of licorice and black pepper. A memory of violets and wet earth is also noticeable. Mouth: Good balance. Delicate spicy notes. Very fine textured tannins with a sweet character when ripe. Good concentration, fresh acidity and medium general density, with a broad and harmonious finish.
