Nose: Tropical, pineapple and citrus fruit aromas with hints of vanilla and a smoky note from the barrel. Flavors of apple and pear, with hints of vanilla.
Mouth. It is a very well balanced wine with a pleasant finish.
Pairing: red snapper and smoked salmon, grilled tuna, shellfish and light cheeses.
