Appearance: Clean and bright, plum red in color, slightly tiled edges and violet highlights.
Nose: Fruity aromas of black cherry, plums and a little fig, lightly toasted and smoked, as well as certain spicy sensations of cloves, pepper, hints of leather and skin, as well as a subtle aroma of marjoram and some notes of freshness.
Palate: Wine that confirms fruitiness, spices, cheerful and powerful tannins, with an intense aftertaste of blackberry and aromatic herbs.
Pairing: Grilled portobello mushrooms, roasted peppers, lamb with red wine sauce, steak or skirt steak taquitos, mature cheeses, beef tinga, marinated pork leg and beef fillet with pasilla chili sauce.
