Aged for 4 months in oak barrels of different origins Tasting Notes: View: High layer, cherry red. Nose: Very aromatic, with floral notes, fresh fruit, lightly toasted and minty. Mouth: Very balanced acidity and good body, lots of black fruit, some caramel, meaty and slightly tannic. Very good fusion between complexity and fruit. Pairing: Meat dishes and some game dishes. Strong cheeses.
