Nose: Citrus fruits, such as limes and oranges, are mixed with sweet fruits such as peaches and pineapples, as well as floral touches.
Palate: Medium-bodied, its fresh acidity is balanced by an expression of more mature fruits, such as white peaches. Finish with a mineral touch and refreshing lime accents.
Pairing: A perfect wine to drink on its own as an aperitif, with raw fish, such as sashimi or cebiche or chicken salad.
