SEVERO SILVER TEQUILA

Appearance: Transparent and crystalline tonality with platinum sparkles, clean and bright with adequate, firm and viscous adherence.

Nose: Aromatic quality of medium - high intensity. Integrated alcohol with aroma of cooked agave. Peculiar citrus notes reminiscent of grapefruit seed and low herbal notes. However, it has very present fermentation notes. Seeds and grains such as cooked oatmeal, soaked rice, sake, Cotija cheese. High persistence and adequate balance between elements.

Mouth: Sweetness of the agave cooked in low intensity at the beginning of the palate, acidity present of medium - high intensity. Balanced, low bitterness and astringency, minerality present. Very good balance, integrated elements that give it an unctuous, creamy and elegant texture, thus leaving a pleasant quality flavor at the end.
