Tasting Notes: Ageing: 18-22 months in 80% new French oak barrels. Tasting notes: Appearance: Very deep red. Nose: At first reserved, it gives us gently. Mineral notes are followed by red fruits, terroir and a dominant aroma of freshly roasted coffee. Mouth: it is equal to silk. An adequate extraction of the tannins has allowed to obtain tannins of an amazing smoothness. The freshness makes these tannins infinite in length. Pairing: Red meats, game and spicy dishes.
