BIG RICHARD (M. Xanic)

Tasting Notes: Appearance: Closed layer, intense cherry color with a violet hue, clean and bright. Nose: Frank and intense. Blackberries, cherries, cassis, blueberries and raspberries stand out mainly, accompanied by a touch of orange peel. It has marked floral notes of lilacs and violets. In addition, it has aromas of cedar, cocoa, caramel, peppers (red and black), cloves, vanilla, nutmeg, thyme, toasted, pinions, coffee, licorice and balsamic. The aromatic profile is complex and elegant, encompassing all the pleasant ranges that can be found in a wine. Mouth: The attack is soft. It is a wine with great volume that envelops the entire palate. It is dry, with fresh acidity and warm alcohol. The tannins are sweet and well present, giving it a velvety body. The aroma in the mouth is of red and black berries, currants, dairy, floral, spicy, wood, coffee beans, cinnamon, chocolate, vanilla, pepper and anise, faithfully recalling what is perceived by the nose.
