Tasting Notes: Appearance: VERY high robe, garnet, blackish, with good shine Nose: Very full-bodied, lots of structure; but very balanced between the high tannin content and the acidity; a light touch of sweetness and low acidity are perceived; in the aftertaste we confirm the plums and cherries, although little by little other notes of both black and red fruits appear and on a mineral background similar to Chinese ink. The wood is perceived subtly and with minty and vanilla notes. Long ending.
