Nose: Aromas of very ripe mixed fruits, accentuated with different aromas of American oak, vanilla and smoke.
Mouth: Complex and dense, with strong black and blue fruit from the Petite Sirah, all the way through with bright red, slightly candied fruit in the background from the Zinfandel. Dark roasted oak integrates these flavors and finishes on a slightly sweet note.
Pairing: Grilled Steak, Roast Beef, Lamb, Osso Bucco, Sharp Cheddar.
