Tasting Notes: Appearance: Cherry red color with yellowish rims that show its aging. Nose: Complex aromatic expression, reminiscent of sour cherries to begin with, continuing with figs, some floral and spicy aromas that are mixed with bitter chocolate and a subtle toast from the French oak used. Mouth: Perceives a medium-high acidity, accentuates the spices, tobacco and fresh bitter chocolate, accompanied by velvety tannins and a very long finish.
