Nose: fresh balsamic and many memories of Mediterranean forest. When opened, they appear tasty toasted together with an expressive ripe fruit that mixes with spicy notes (vanilla, clove, tobacco). All this forms an intense aromatic set, with a serious and pleasant complexity.
Mouth: very wide, enveloping, very tasty and expressive palate. The balsamic notes and excellent acidity provide a welcome freshness that balances the power and warmth of the toasted notes and the fleshy fruit. Silky and well integrated tannins. Long and very persistent finish leaving fruity and toasted memories and with a sober mineral background at retro-olfaction.
