View: It gives us an intense ruby red color where soft and elegant violet tones can be glimpsed.
Nose: We are going to find a wine with complex aromas in which ripe red currants, fresh plums, red pepper stand out, accompanied by special notes such as black pepper and cloves.
Mouth: It shows a very balanced concentration and structure. In the mouth it shows freshness and acidity, accompanied by a sensation of minerality coming from its stony soil in height. The finish is long and elegant where the aromas of red fruits and their species reappear.
Pairing: It is recommended to accompany red and white meats with pepper sauce, stews, semi-cured cheeses.
