View: Light straw yellow, flashes of new gold, unctuous density in appearance. Sparkly.
Nose: Ripe pineapple, sweet apple and lemon cream. Reminiscences of toasted chestnuts, vanilla and caramel. Butter bottoms.
Mouth. Extensive, with a great nuance of fruit, broad and unctuous. Lively acidity with great balance, fatty alcohol and well integrated. Very tasty, persistent finish.
Pairing: Grilled seafood, salmon sealed and dressed in Dijon mustard sauce. Fried squid and aioli. Poultry and white meats especially roasted or baked with creamy sauces.
