View: It is a clean and crystalline wine, with a greenish hue and a straw yellow color.
Nose: It is frank with high aromatic intensity. The notes of fresh fruit, pineapple, lychee, guava, tangerine, sweet grapefruit and nectarine stand out with a touch of anise and orange blossom. The quality and complexity are excellent.
Mouth: It is smooth. It is a dry wine, with fresh acidity and light alcohol. It has a very good structure giving it a firm body. Through the retronasal route, mainly nectarines and pineapple are felt, as well as citrus fruits, an abundance of white flowers, cardamom and anise. It has a good balance with a long and pleasant persistence.
Pairing: Sandwiches, cheese pizza, salads, hot or cold soups, as well as spicy food with chicken or fish. Also fresh seafood and cheeses with mild flavors.
