CATA's notes:
Appearance: Ruby red with a tawny and bright rim, of medium intensity.
Nose: Aromas of black currant, black cherry, plum and toasted notes of oak, cajeta and vanilla.
Mouth: Simple and well balanced, notes of blackberry, black cherry and black currant, spices, toasted, vanilla-oak. Despite its "black" character, the fruit remains bright and fresh, along with subtle coffee toffee notes. Juicy and long, the mouth is structured by easy, ripe tannins.
Pairing: Non-fat roasted red and white meats, pasta, pizza, stews with creamy sauce and soft cheeses.
Service Temperature: 14 to 16º C
