View: Soft greenish yellow, with golden and bright reflections.
Nose: Fresh, showing from the beginning its fruity character. Notes of pineapple and peaches along with soft touches of hazelnuts that are provided by the French barrel.
Palate: A well-structured wine, with excellent balance and fresh and lively acidity, medium-bodied with a long, dry finish, where notes of green pears and subtle hints of white peach appear, complemented by toasted notes.
Pairing: Perfect to accompany delicate fish such as corvina, sole and turbot, prepared on the grill with creamy sauces or capers or herbs.
Service temperature: 8 – 10°C
