Nose: It is very aromatic. In it, notes of fruits such as pineapple, mango and apricots stand out. In the background it exhibits sweet aromas reminiscent of white flowers, vanilla and toasted hazelnuts. Its French oak aging is present with soft toasted notes that fit very well with its fruity profile.
Mouth: it is balanced, with a rich acidity that makes it juicy and refreshing. Medium volume and a fruity finish that lingers for a pleasant moment.
Pairing: Highly recommended with salmon ceviche, grouper with sautéed mushrooms and rice, fettuccini Alfredo, conger eel soup, Parmesan machas.
