Appearance: Brilliant straw-yellow wine. As befits the Verdejo variety.
Nose: It presents a high aromatic intensity, with aromas of fennel, white flowers and aniseed notes and fresh grass.
Mouth: It has an unctuous and fresh sensation, with a persistent finish typical of the variety resulting in a long and pleasant drink. As a whole, it appears as a fresh and balanced wine.
Pairing: Fish, shellfish, ham, pasta, chicken and cold meats.
Service temperature: 8 – 10°C
