Appearance: Pale yellow color with very bright golden rims.
Nose: Toasted aromas and a light mineral note with various floral essences of lavender and white flowers; fruity with notes of brioche.
Mouth: Soft and balanced attack with a wide mid-palate followed by a good persistence. On the palate, toasted notes, honey, stone fruits such as peaches and citrus zest. A complex and very elegant wine.
Pairing: Accompany with Puerto Nuevo style lobster, seafood in sauces, grilled octopus, white pasta, creamy cheeses, foi gras, escamoles and smoked fish.
