View: It is a clean, bright wine, with a greenish hue and a straw yellow color.
Nose: It is frank and of medium intensity. The fruity aromas of yellow plum, apple, banana, tangerine, orange blossom and acacia are accompanied by a note of fennel and vanilla, which gives it great complexity.
Mouth: It is smooth. It is presented as a dry wine, with fresh acidity and light wineiness, thus constituting a firm body with good structure. Through the retronasal route, the aromas detected by the nose are perceived, especially flowers, fresh fruits such as banana and pineapple, and anise. The balance is harmonious and the persistence very long.
Pairing: Risotto, grilled chicken, creamy pasta, poultry with mushroom sauce, grilled seafood or wine sauce and baked fatty fish on a base of potatoes and mushrooms.
