Appearance: Light golden yellow color with green reflections of good intensity. Bright and clear disc.
Nose: Frank, pleasant, medium intensity. Dominance of fruity aromas, lemons, something complex, a finesse is felt that indicates that it will grow over the years.
Mouth. Broad attack with a confirmed presence in alcohol. Tense mid-palate with an aromatic fan that opens up, citrus, ginger, floral with a minerality (limestone) in the background and a hint of bitterness.
Pairing: Raw and/or marinated fish, walnuts. Goat cheese.
