View: Golden yellow, with clear reflections and a nice intensity. Bright, clear and transparent disc.
Nose: Sweet, pleasant and with character. The fruit predominates with exotic aromas of grapefruit, mango and lychee. We also have a floral touch of rose, and spice like cardamom.
Mouth. Exotic attack, pineapple, grapefruit, flowers, rose, candied ginger with a strong character of spices. The finish in the mouth is very long.
Pairing: Spicy dishes, pumpkin soup with ginger, artichoke salad with orange, exotic chicken and shrimp stew with coconut milk.
Service temperature: 9 - 12º C
