Appearance: Clear, clean and bright amber hue with adequate, firm and viscous adherence.
Nose: Aromatic quality of good intensity with integrated alcohol. Aroma of piloncillo and sugar cane. Skin notes of crystallized citrus and dried fruits such as almonds and walnuts. It also shows floral notes like anise and some pepper. Low subtle herbal notes of cardamom. Woody, glass sugar, vanilla, cognac, liqueur, and with hints of candied red fruits. High persistence and an adequate balance between elements.
Mouth: Sweetness of the cooked agave and the barrel highly present on the palate, low intensity acidity present. Very well integrated alcohol content. Low bitterness and some minerality. Very good balance, integrated elements that give it a liqueur, meditative, velvety and very creamy texture. Long persistence with a woody, pleasant, sweet and quality aftertaste.
